Step 1:  Place your order.

Decide on your invitation design and contact us to place your order.   We will work with you to determine your invitation (or other product) specifications and preferences (size, inserts, color, quantity, etc.) and to quote your final price.  We will also gather all of your information for your sample at this time.   For most orders, a 50% deposit is due when your order is placed (for orders under $250 or with a quick turn around, we request payment in full at the time of your order) and we also ask that you read our policies before you place your order.   Please feel free to contact us before you are ready to place your order if you have any questions.

*It is no problem if you would like to see a sample invitation before you place your order.  Our samples are $15 each (insert cards are an additional $10 each) and the full amount will be credited to your order of that invitation set.*

Step 2:  Invitation draft.

We will create your custom sample and e-mail you a JPEG proof – usually within two business days.  You will then have the opportunity to make any changes that are needed to your invitation or insert pieces.

Step 3:  Hard copy proof.

Once we receive your revisions, we will complete a hard copy sample. You will receive an actual sample of your invitation via the USPS in approximately two weeks. You will then make any final changes (if needed).  If changes are needed, we will email you a JPEG proof to show the changes have been completed.  Once the hard copy proof is approved, we ask that you remit the balance due (including shipping if applicable) on your order.

*step 3 is usually omitted for all orders other than Wedding Invitations.  Please specify if you would like this step completed for a different product.*

Step 4:  Invitation Iroduction.

Once we receive your final approval, production will begin. You can expect that your invitations will be completed in approximately two weeks.  When complete (and the final payment has been received) we will ship your invitations to you via FedEx and email you your tracking number.

Due to the complexity of the design process, for wedding invitations, we recommend that this process begin one to two months before you want to mail your invitations.  Other orders can be completed in a much shorter time frame.   Also, please keep in mind that the length of the process also depends greatly on your turn around time for revisions: we can’t continue our work on your invitations until the proofs are approved. If you need your wedding invitations in a faster time frame, please contact us to see if it is possible. A rush fee will also apply.
